Track Order

Enter your order number and the email address you used at checkout to see the latest status of your Married Gift order. Your order number is in the confirmation email we sent after checkout.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

What each status means

  • Processing: we have your order and are preparing your personalized mug. Production takes 2–4 business days.
  • Completed: the parcel has been handed to the carrier. Transit takes 5–8 business days within the United States. The tracking number is in your shipping email.
  • On hold or pending payment: the payment has not gone through yet. Contact us if you are unsure why.

Tracking number not updating?

Carrier tracking can take a day or two to show the first scan after a parcel is handed over. If there has been no movement for several days, or the status says delivered but you have not received it, write to us with your order number and we will check with the carrier.
