Information we need from you
So that we can act on your claim, please put the following in one email:
- Identification of your original work, for example a link to where it is published or a short description of the design.
- The address of the Married Gift page, product or image you believe copies it.
- Your full name, postal address, phone number and email, so we can reach you about the claim.
- A sentence confirming you believe in good faith that the owner, the owner’s agent or the law has not authorized this use.
- A sentence confirming, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you own the rights or may act for the owner.
- Your signature, typed or handwritten.
Sending your claim
Write to contact@marriedgift.com and use “DMCA Notice” as the subject so the message reaches the right person quickly. We read claims during support hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (GMT+7).
Our response
Once a claim has all the details above, we look into it and, where it is justified, take down the listing or image. If the item came from material a customer supplied, we may pass a copy of your claim to that customer.
If your material was taken down
Customers who think a removal was a mistake can reply with a counter-notice. Include your signature and contact details (name, address, phone), describe what was removed and the page it was on, state under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was an error or misidentification, and agree to the jurisdiction of the relevant court.
Repeated claims
We may stop accepting orders or designs from anyone whose submissions are found to infringe more than once.
Knowingly sending a false claim or counter-notice can create legal liability for the sender.
