Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply when you browse marriedgift.com or buy from Married Gift. By placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Warranty and Privacy Policy.

1. About the products

Married Gift sells personalized ceramic mugs that are made to order. Product photos show sample names and dates; your mug will carry the text you enter. Colors on screen can look slightly different from the printed result, and small variations in print placement are normal for products printed one at a time.

2. Your personalization

  • We print the names, dates and text exactly as you enter them. Please check spelling, capitalization and dates before you pay.
  • You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use any text you submit.
  • We may decline or cancel, with a full refund, any order whose text is offensive, unlawful, or uses trademarks, logos or characters owned by others.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed securely by Stripe. Payment is taken when you place your order. If a price on the site is clearly wrong because of an error, we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel at no cost.

4. Order confirmation

After checkout you receive an email confirming your order. Production starts after that, once your personalization details are confirmed.

5. Production and shipping

Production takes 2–4 business days. Transit within the United States takes 5–8 business days. US shipping fee: Free. International shipping is available; cost and delivery time vary by destination. Delivery dates are estimates, and carrier delays can occur. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Orders can be cancelled or changed free within 24 hours. After that, a 15% cancellation fee applies to orders that have not shipped. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery; returns not caused by our error may carry a restocking fee. Damage or misprints must be reported within 7 days of delivery. 7. Warranty

Our mugs carry a 1 year warranty against print and manufacturing defects, as described on the Warranty page.

8. Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to break its security, copying its content for commercial use, or placing fraudulent orders. All text, images and designs on the site belong to Married Gift or are used with permission. See our Copyright page.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as a gift arriving after an event date because of carrier delays outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that apply to you.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.
