Shipping Policy

Each Married Gift mug is printed after you order it. This page explains how long that takes, what shipping costs and how delivery works.

Delivery time at a glance

Estimated delivery if you order today (US) Nov 11 – Nov 18

Production time starts once your order and personalization details are confirmed. Transit time starts when the parcel is handed to the carrier. Orders placed before 5:00 PM ET on a business day are counted from that day; later orders are counted from the next business day. Business days are Monday to Friday.

Shipping cost

  • United States: shipping fee: Free.
  • Other countries: International shipping is available; cost and delivery time vary by destination. The exact cost for your address is shown at checkout before you pay.

Customs and import charges

For orders sent outside the United States, the destination country may charge import duties or taxes. These are set by local authorities and are paid by the recipient.

Tracking your parcel

When your order ships, we email a tracking number to the address used at checkout. You can also check status on our Track Order page with your order number and billing email.

Planning around a wedding or anniversary date

If the mugs are for a specific day, order early enough to cover both production and transit. If a date is close, email us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether the timing looks realistic.

Address problems and delays

  • Please double-check the shipping address. If you spot a mistake after ordering, email us as soon as possible so we can correct it before the parcel leaves. If a parcel comes back because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange sending it again.
  • Carriers sometimes run late during holidays or bad weather. If tracking has not moved for several days, contact us and we will follow up with the carrier.

Damaged on arrival

Ceramic can break in transit. If a mug arrives cracked or broken, tell us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the mug and the box. We will send a replacement or refund that item. See the Return & Refund Policy for details.
