We are a compact team that handles design files, order checks and customer emails for Married Gift. Every order passes through our hands before it goes to print, and every message to our inbox is answered by a person on that team.

Our team is based in Vietnam. We serve customers online, and orders ship to the United States and to other countries. Our support hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (GMT+7).Why this shop exists
A mug is an everyday object. Putting a couple’s names or the date they said “I do” on something used every morning turns a routine moment into a small reminder of that day. That is the idea behind Married Gift: practical gifts with a personal line of text, made for weddings, showers and anniversaries.
What we are working toward
Our mission is to make personalized wedding and anniversary gifts simple to order and accurate when they arrive: the names spelled the way you typed them, the date correct, and the mug in good condition. We would rather keep a focused range of mugs and get the details right than offer everything.
How our business works
Every mug is made to order. Nothing is printed in advance and stored on a shelf. When you place an order, we check your personalization details, prepare the print file and send it to production. Printing and packing take 2–4 business days. Shipping within the United States then takes 5–8 business days. Because each piece is made for you, we can offer many name and date combinations without holding stock.
Who makes the mugs
Your mugs are printed and packed by our partner mug print studios. These are print businesses that specialize in printing on ceramic drinkware. We prepare the designs and the order details, they print and pack, and our team stays your single point of contact from checkout to delivery.
